There are over 80 delicious starters, snacks and small plates, smoothies and drinks, salads, side dishes, main dishes, sides and sweet treats in Your Outsourced Kitchen.  Most of them are vegetarian or vegan friendly, however there are a few dishes that contain dairy, fish and meat. Many are gluten-free, some are not.

All of the recipes are written in both English and Tagalog.  All of the recipes are good for you and delicious.
